Villa Grace in El Paraiso (Benahavis) 

When we bought the plot, there was an old structure of a never finished house on it. The entire existing structure except for one concrete wall which was built on rocks were destroyed and a completely new house with double-shell masonry external walls was built. The building was equipped inside and outside with state-of-the-art technical installations. The buyer opted for a greyish touch for the floor and the walls, which creates a very modern building that perfectly integrates with the modern architecture of the neighboring buildings.
