Apartment in Los Flamingos (Benahavis) 

Sometimes when one would like to live in a specific place but the apartments available on the market are too small there exists just one solution: Buy two, unite them and all this at a reasonable price. In contradiction to many Central and Northern European countries, floors and roofs in Spain are not carried by walls but only by pillars. This makes it easy to destroy the separating wall and connecting the two apartments. The reform work included creating a new living, dining, and kitchen area. Since only one kitchen was needed in the unified apartment, the second kitchen was transformed into an office.
