Finca 10 Palmeras in Estepona

The villa situated in the heights of Estepona at the Las Mesas district was since years abandoned. Everything except of the concrete and brick structure of the building had to be reformed. The declared goal of the project was to create a modern finca which provided interior all relevant amenities whereas the exterior should keep the Andalusian charm. The interior style was therefore designed in bright colors, cream color marble flooring in the living rooms and bright parquet in the sleeping area.
